1 corned beef brisket or round (like Bill Bailey’s marinated ready-to-cook)
Red new potatoes
Carrots
Cabbage

I don't try to make my Irish Corned Beef from scratch. I use the packaged corned beef that the grocery store carries around holidays like St. Patrick's Day and New Years.
