Potato Skins

Baked potatoes
Salt
Garlic powder
Shredded cheddar cheese
Bacon, crumbled
Sour cream
Chives

Bake potatoes and scoop out innards to create shells. Sprinkle skins with pepper and garlic powder, then add cheese and bacon. Bake at 375 degrees until crisp and cheese is bubbly.
