Potato Croquettes

Chilled leftover mashed potatoes
Egg
Flour
Garlic and onion powder
Bread crumbs

Mix taters, egg, flour, and seasonings into a mush. Form into cylinders, roll in bread crumbs, then lay on a plate covered in wax paper. Refrigerate for an hour. Fry in a little oil, 5 minutes on each side.
