Lemon-Chive New Potatoes

10-12 small new potatoes
2 TBS butter
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 TBS lemon juice
2 tsp snipped chives
Salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste

Heat 1 inch salted water to boiling. Add potatoes. Cover and return to boil. Cook until tender, about 20 to 25 minutes. Drain and keep warm. Heat remaining ingredients just to boiling. Turn hot potatoes into serving dish and pour lemon butter over potatoes.
